Print quality problems and errors

Banding

Perform a jet test from GUI, then do one of the following:

If there are gaps in the jet test pattern, prime and wipe the print heads, if the issue persist perform a crossflow and check the printhead for physical damage.

If there are no gaps in the jet test pattern, try the solutions below.

Horizontal Banding

Align the print heads Align Left - Right pattern Check the uv lamps for blind spots or dirty blocking the quartz. Select an alternate icc profile for ink coverage.

Vertical Banding

Align the print heads Align Left - Right pattern

• Color shift or incorrect colors appearing

• Blurry prints

• Grainy prints
